Orgo-Chem is engaged into the manufacturing of various dye intermediates since 1967. We have installed modern facilities to produce various sulphonation products along with few nitration and reduction processes. We have adequate infrastructure and a dynamic team to produce the best quality and to ensure timely supplies. Moreover, we are suitably located in Surat, near India?S business capital, Mumbai. We also have a well-equipped marketing office at Mumbai, with modern telecommunication facilities.

Orgo-Chem is an ISO 9001 : 2000 Certified Company. We have received the Certificate from UKAS - URS (United Kingdom)

INFRASTRUCTURE
At Orgo-Chem, we have a plant capacity to produce 200 M.T. Of various final products. These consist of facilities ranging from main reaction to purification, filteration, isolation, blending, etc. We also have testing facilities for quality control at each stage of the process. Our laboratory includes R & D and pollution control testing facilities.

ENVIRO-CARE
Orgo-Chem is located in a Government approved chemical zone with consent from local pollution control authorities.
We have a three-pronged approach to take care of the environment. Firstly, we avoid or reduce the pollution at source. Secondly, we try to convert pollutant chemicals to saleable products. Thirdly, we have proper effluent collection and facilities for primary and secondary treatment. The effluent, after treatment, is recycled as process water. To control air pollution we have a series of packed bed columns to scrub acidic gases. Moreover, we are also founder member of the proposed Common Effluent Treatment Plant.

MARKETS
Our markets include various reputed companies and multinationals around the world. We export 95% of our production. We have regular supplies to Europe, USA, Japan, Korea and Brazil.
